Occupied Dover home struck by gunfire

DOVER — An occupied home and a vehicle were struck by gunfire Wednesday night, Dover police said.

According to authorities, officers responded to the 100 block of North Halsey Road after a 22-year-old male reported that he heard multiple gunshots at around 6:44 p.m. The man’s house was struck multiple times while occupied by himself and family members, police said.

Additionally, police said, an unoccupied vehicle in the unit block of North Halsey Road was also struck by gunfire.
