Blackbird State Forest tract renamed in honor of Sen. Ennis

TOWNSEND — Gov. John Carney signed Senate Bill 328 on Tuesday, renaming the Blackbird State Forest’s Meadows Tract the “Bruce C. Ennis Tract” in honor of the retiring state senator.
