SEAFORD — Morgan Smith has been named TidalHealth Nanticoke's inaugural Monarch Award recipient.

This award recognizes TidalHealth phlebotomists for their dedication, compassion, commitment to providing exceptional care to patients, and service excellence through their actions.

Ms. Smith is a Phlebotomy Technician in the Seaford hospital's Clinical Lab.

Ms. Smith goes above and beyond her role by picking up shifts and helping others when needed.

Ms. Smith is always friendly with patients and co-workers and has received several positive comments through the hospital's patient satisfaction survey.
