Kent chicken growers report large tax rises after reassessment
Less than a third saw relief

Kent County chicken farmers say their property taxes have increased significantly as part of the statewide court-mandated reassessment process.
That could be a sign of the times in Sussex and New Castle counties, too, where residents are expected to receive their valuations soon.
