Thinking outside the boxing: Fears cuts ribbon for Dover gym

The ribbon cutting and celebration for the Fears Boxing and Fitness Club in Dover was such an event Friday that the road was shut down.
Owner Donnell Fears, nicknamed the “American Brandman,” pulled out all the stops for the occasion at 32 Loockerman St., Suite 101.
