Dover introducing council dashboard to track constituent issues

For two months, the city of Dover has been determining a better way to monitor constituent concerns, and it seems it has settled on one.
On Tuesday, assistant city manager Sharon Duca introduced the Citizen Problem Reporter, a product by Esri ArcGIS, to City Council’s Committee of the Whole.
